We have both got colds at the moment and a bit fed up with it -

I keep drinking the brandy in the hope that it will kill the germs but its not working!

Steve has now purchased a garage in Cheadle Heath - so we are set up to repair all our taxis.

Hope it will be a good venture - Dan is working there too. So if anyone needs their car servicing or repairing - mates rates apply!! - Garage number is 0161 428 3529 - put the number in your phone!!!! and spread the word.

Another Silver for the Kenwright Clan!!!!

Another party!!! Steve's Brother Kevin and his wife Bev celebrated their Silver Wedding Anniversary. We had a great party at their house - lots of dancing and drinking - good fun!

They hired a really good singer - so if anyone looking for someone let me know and I will get their number!

CONGRATULATIONS KEV AND BEV X X X X

The Golden Couple

Happy Golden Wedding Anniversary to my Mum and Dad. We had a great party to celebrate - all the family and friends there - I had to do a speech as the eldest and most senior daughter!!!! - it was very nerve wracking!!

Steve and Chris did a very comical speech about mum and dad's funny little eccentricities!!!!

Unfortunately I didnt take many photos and some picture were obscured by balloons!!!!

2 months Later!

Really sorry for the delay in my update. Where does time go!!!

Firstly Jenna has returned from Spain - came home end of July. Glad to have her back - I think it has done her some good and was a life experience for her - but rep'ing is not a glamorous as people thinking! The hours are very long. Steve, Daniel and I went out for a week and she came back with us. It was very hot - in the high 90's - so at least we have had a bit of sun this summer!

Our hotel was beautiful - but full of Russians - the disco night was like something out of strictly come dancing!!!! They really dress up and the Karaoke was just totally bewildering!!!

As for the rest of our holidays - well it rained - we sailed to Ireland for 4 days and guess what - it rained! Then we had a few days on Carnaerfon and guess what - it rained! So we are more rusty than sunburnt!!

I had a lovely birthday on 16th Aug - which we spent in Wales and went out with some of our special friends - had a lovely evening.

Steve is in the process of buying a garage in Cheadle Heath - this will tie in nicely with the taxi's and reduce our maintenance bills and add another string to the bow so to speak! Daniel will start college in two weeks training to do vehicle maintenance. Yes its a bit of a change from cheffing - but its a long story!

Its my Dad's birthday today - so Happy Birthday Dad! Just been to see them - they both look really well.
Susan in visiting Joanne is Oz and meeting our new niece Sabina - who is growing very quickly and is a little chubster now! Sue is home on Sunday so hope to have a girls night out soon.
All in all it been a wet summer - roll on Christmas!!!!!!!
