Hello

Hiya all - so long since I been on blogs - just caught up with other family blogs - some fantastic photos - keep it up.

We all good - been very busy - we decided to have our house rewired - which meant re-plastering - then we decided to have a new kitchen - knock a few walls down - Oh and we needed a new bedroom - so basically we have been overhauled.!!!!! The good thing was that Mum and Dad were going to Australia to visit Joanne so we moved into theirs for a month whilst the worse of the mess was done.

The results are fabulous - and worth all the dust and upheaval.

Isabelle of course is still the apple of my eye!
She is gorgeous and so good. She is crawling now and walking around the furniture she has a great sense of humour and giggles away. I'm loving being a Nana.
My other baby Daniel was 21 this month and we all went over the a curry with the family bless him he is a good lad.

Tinks half birthday!!

Cant believe she is six months old now - time had flown.

She is fab - such a happy girl - sleeps all night - enjoys her food - cut two front teeth - and can nearly sit up on her own.

She also thinks her Nana is very funny!

Her new "party piece" is blowing rapsberries!!!

Boat is still poorly. We had to have a new engine - but now the pump has gone so waiting for parts. Hopefully will all be mended by next week, ready for summer hols.

We were all ready for a few weeks of supporting England in the football - but that was disappointing!!!! Oh well try again is four years time!

Isabelle is being christened on Sunday so looking forward to that.

BOATING BLUES

We have had a wonderful week off on the boat - lots of parties and drinking!
We sailed to Liverpool on Bank holiday monday - which was fabulous - but unfortunately the boat broke!!!! One engine started to vibrate widely and had to be switched off - at this point we were at the entrance to the mersey and had only an hour to make it to Brunswick dock for the last lock in! Bit worrying stuck in the Mersey with all the big shipping! But we made it and had a fab time. So we limped back to conwy at 6 knots which took us eight hours! Yacht speed!
The boat was lifted out of the water yesterday and its not good news - the engine has to come out and we may be grounded for sometime - wooo - not happy! But at least we can still go down and stay on her and bum a lift on someone elses boat for a trip out!!

Sorry Cant download any pics - computer wont find my iphone!!!! will try and sort it out.

Spring is in the air!!!

Time really does just fly! We are already in May only 7 weeks to the longest day!!!

Little Isi Tinkerbelle is four months old now and weighs in at one stone! She is adorable - and soooo good always smiling and sleeps 12 hours every night! She has just started to try some solids - bit of rusk etc and loves it but its a very messy affair! I have her on a Monday and I have a lovely time pushing her in the pram and blowing raspberries - which is her favourite thing.

Jenna and I are at Slimming World and trying to keep our weight loss in line with Tinks weight gain ! We are doing Aquarobics and walking. Its so hard to lose weight!!! But hopefully we will both reach our stone off next week.

We have spent a lovely weekend in Cardiff with friends - lovely vibrant city - nice marinas and bars and restaurants (very Hard to lose weight with all that temptation). Stayed at the Hilton which was very nice with a swimming pool and jacuzzi etc.

We are at Joseph christening this coming weekend - Steve is godfather - so it will be a nice family get together.

Steve is getting on with renovating the barge - even ordered Rose and Jim dolls!!!!!! Not ready to launch yet but the floor has gone in !!!

We have had some brilliant sailing weekends - the sea was so calm. Wish it was always like that!

Had our first bbq on the beach at Moelfre in Anglesey.

Jennavee has been out of the water for a month for its annual bottom clean.

Anyway we had our first sail of the year -just to puffin island to test the engines etc - everything seems good - was fabulous to sail with blues skies and snow on snowdonia mountains - fabulous.

Of course no post up be complete without an Isabelle picture !!!

She now weigh 10.8 lbs the little whale. And despite having
her first injections yesterday she slept from 8pm til 8am.
Wow if all babies were like her - I would have one myself!!!!
